Common questions

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. A reset link goes to your email and is good for one hour. Crew members can also ask their contractor to reset it from the Crew page.

How do my crew get in?

You add them on the Crew page and hand them the email and password it shows. They sign in at crew.25thhr.ai in any phone browser — no app install needed. The iPhone app is the contractor side.

A photo won't upload

Photos need a connection. If you're in a basement or a dead zone, the app tells you there's no signal — send it again once you have bars.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Delete account. See the privacy policy for exactly what gets erased.
