25thhr.ai is a jobsite work app for contractors and their crews. This policy covers the 25thhr iPhone app and the web apps at app.25thhr.ai and crew.25thhr.ai. Plain language, no lawyer padding.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your calendar, advertising identifiers, or any analytics or tracking identifiers. There is no ad SDK and no third-party tracker in the app.
Only to run the app: to show your crew their assignments, to keep a photo timeline and an hours total on every job, to compile the finished job record and portfolio, to sign you in, and to email you a password reset link when you ask for one. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or rented to anyone.
Your work is scoped to your company. A contractor sees their own jobs, their own crew and those crew members' hours and photos. A crew member sees the jobs and tasks assigned to them by their contractor. Nobody in another company can see any of it.
Both act on our instructions only. We use no other processors.
The app asks for the camera the first time you take a jobsite photo, and for your photo library the first time you attach one you already took. Both prompts are optional, and the app keeps working without them — you just can't add photos. It asks for the microphone only if you dictate a progress note instead of typing it. Denying any of these does not lock you out of the app.
Your jobs, photos and hours stay until you delete them or delete your account. Password reset links expire within an hour of being issued.
Open Account in the app and use Delete account. Deleting a contractor account permanently erases the company: every job, task, photo, shift and crew login under it. Deleting a crew login erases the login and personal details; hours and photos already attached to a contractor's job record stay on that record without the name, because those are the contractor's business and payroll records. Deletion is immediate and there is no restore. If you'd rather we do it, email rob@25thhr.ai from your account address.
Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, never in plain text. All traffic runs over HTTPS. Reset links are single-use and time-limited.
25thhr.ai is a tool for working adults and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect anything from them.
You can see and edit your own data inside the app at any time. Email rob@25thhr.ai to request a copy or a deletion, and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're in California or the EU, that covers your access, correction, deletion and no-sale rights — we never sell personal information.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and note it in the app.
